Test Point offers  troubleshooting, repair and calibration of all types of Biddle meters. As with all Test Point repairs, we repair all Biddle meters to component level. We do not outsource our work to other electronic repair or instrumentation repair firms. The unit in the photo is a 15KV megohmmeter that has experienced water damage.  Even the instructions are going to need attention as they are soaked.
