FREQUENCY DRIVE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

We offer a comprehensive on-site preventive maintenance program for variable frequency drives and DC drives.

Most large commercial facilities will have multiple frequency drives running supply, exhaust and other HVAC functions.

Test Point will regularly visit your site, clean, test and inspect your drives, replace faulty components and check all parameters for correct functionality and provide a bound report detailing each drive and work performed on each.

A well designed preventive maintenance program for your drives will save you money and time.

All Preventive Maintenance programs include:

Visual Inspection of drive, associated controls and bypass operation
Physical Cleaning
Fan and Blower Inspection
Torque connections and terminals
Measurement of motor voltage, current and RPM, tach voltage and speed reference.
Measurement of motor and line terminal temperature and general check of all temperature sensitive components with laser or infra red device.
Confirm operation of switches, contactors, relays and start/run lamps and LEDs
Immediate replacement of all minor parts - fans, lugs, fuses etc.
Preparation of bound report for your maintenance records.
